Protecting your data is very important to us here at Fotheringham Scotland LP (FSLP), dba Fotheringham Horseboxes.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The data we collect from you is stored in both the UK and the USA and will therefore be transferred to and stored at a destination outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”).

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you by submitting a request in accordance with the act and is subject to a £10 administrative fee. All such requests should be sent via our contact form.
